|- ||Handle complaints from tourists relating to tourism; |
|- ||Transfer complaints and suggestions from tourists relating to other industries; |
|- ||Handle the rental of meetings and exhibition facilities subordinate to MGTO by citizens or organizations; |
|- ||Handle the enquiry of tourism statistics; |
|- ||Issue license to firms that pertain to the field of tourism industry. |
The Performance Pledge working group of MGTO is responsible for supervising the Services and examining the Service Level on a regular basis.
Suggestions and Complaints
Tourists, tourism industry and citizens are welcome to give their opinions on the services offered by MGTO and to lodge complaints against any unsatisfactory services.
